While I agree that this is a high number of ignorant people, your arithmetic that 52% of Republicans believing anything translates into "26% of all Americans" with this same belief assumes that half the U.S. population is Republican and that is not accurate. I believe it's closer to 25%-30% max of Americans that self identify Republican at this time. So it's really 52% of maybe 30% of all Americans or perhaps somewhere in the neighborhood of 15% of the U.S. population who believe Obama stole the election with the help of Acorn.
My post perhaps is too short. Its 52% of Republicans and 26% of all Americans. The 26% figure comes from the poll (read the link). Some of those may be independents.
