Those Arrigo sisters again

OK, via Professor Hex we have this wild story about time travel, teleportation, secret US bases on Mars and clandestine government meetings with Martians. Too wild to possibly be true and yet they have two sources. One of them "lawyer Andrew D. Basiago, is a former child participant in a secret time travel project launched by the US Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA)."

Again, I do not believe this story for a minute. But this caught my eye:

Mr. Basiago’s involvement in US time-space research as a child, as well as Courtney M. Hunt’s identity as a CIA officer, have been confirmed by Dr. Jean Maria Arrigo, an ethicist who works closely with US military and intelligence agencies ...
Jean Marie Arrigo has indeed worked with US military and intelligence agencies. She was a civilian member of the APA Interrogation Task Force which concluded psychologists were playing a “valuable and ethical role” in assisting the military in interrogations of prisoners. However, Arrigo may have dissented and turned over her notes to the Senate Armed Services Committee.

She is also the sister of Sue Arrigo, a medical doctor who has been featured in this blog before. See here. Sue Arrigo has also made claims that are too wild to be true. Another sister of hers, Linda Gail Arrigo has called Sue a paranoid schizophrenic.
