“We take the whole family and have a blast”
The New York Times has obtained transcripts of the wiretaps in the case of Jose Padilla, accused of something by the government. I hope that the government has something better than the "blast" excerpt above. Could Padilla actually be innocent? As an American citizen he is innocent until proven guilty, of course, but then as an American citizen he has a right not to be tortured, and we know how that turned out.

So it really doesn't matter if he is guilty or not?
Jaysus gair the guy is probably the only guilty Muslim the US government is holding in detention!
