Looking through the 2005 archives of Black Op Radio I came across this document as part of a collection of Documents accompanying Interview #239 ofresearcher Anita Langley. According to Langely the document is dated March 22, 1988 and the offense charged ocurred October 20, 1987. The document says, in part:

General Court-Martial of SR Kevin NMN Razzolli, 136680942, USN.

CIRCUMSTANCES SURROUNDING THE OFFENSE

On the night before the offense RAZZOLI and his civilian co-conspirator JORDAN were offered $5,000 by the brother of AD2 George BUSH to kill the victim, Airman Apprentice MARTIN. MARTIN was going to be a government witnessw against BUSH at a court-martial.
According to Langley, the Bush in this document is George M. Bush, who she describes as perhaps a cousin to George W. Bush, and as being related to a Ross Bush.

There was another case I heard about that had to do with a possible drunk driving charge where this same George M. Bush was supposedly charged. The only problem was that officers said it ended up being George W. Bush. I believe that was in Kennybunkport, Maine. The home of George H. W.
